LSH Return Policy:
LSH Lights will accept returns for refund or exchange up to 30 days from original purchase (invoice) date. No Exceptions!
To start the process please call and request a return autorization code. No retuns will be accept without the authroization code.
Returns:
Discretionary returns are subject to pre-approval and will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Items that have been opened or installed are not returnable.
Exchanges:
Restocking fee may be waived on an exchange. All items for exchagne must meet the criteria for a return (list above)
Special Order Item:
Are NOT returnable or exchangeable for any reason.
Red Tag Items:
Are NOT returnable or exchangeable for any reason.
Panorama Antenna Cables:
Are NOT returnable or exchangeable for any reason.
