Return Policy
LSH Lights strives to offer a premier shopping experience for each customer. We realize that a simple return policy offers the greatest in customer satisfaction. Below please find the required steps to return an item to our processing center.

Please note that all warranties are held by each respective manufacturer.

The first requirement is an RGA (return goods authorization) number. To obtain this authorization please give us a call from 8:00AM-4:00PM PST. (877) 479-2838 Please have a copy of your invoice and/or order number for reference when calling.   You will be given additional instructions on how to complete your return, including how to address the package. 

It's important that the directions are followed or the return will be refused at the shipping dock.

For items that are defective and/or need repair the manufacturer will handle the replacement or repair. Please give us a call and we will give you the proper return address and information for each manufacturer. Note that defective items or repairs must be within the specified warranty period or additional charges will apply.

For items that you wish to have a refund on or were damaged in shipping we will give you the return address for our returns processing center during the phone call.

LSH Lights will accept returns for refund or exchange up to 30 days from original purchase (invoice) date.   No Exceptions!

Returns:
Discretionary returns are subject to management approval and will be charged a 25% restocking fee.   Items that have been installed are not returnable.   International Orders are not returnable for any reason.

All Returns need to include all original accessories and instruction manuals and must be re-boxed as new in the original box.   Items that have cut wires, dents, dings, scratches, show signs of installation or missing the original product manuals will not be accepted for return or exchange.  Full Sized Lightbars, Push Bumper, Headlight Flashers, Red Tag Items and Special Order Items are not returnable.

Credits and Refunds on returned items will be issued within 15 days from receipt at our processing center after they have been evaluated.

Exchanges:
Items returned for exchange for new items or alternate items must be returned as new and undamaged equipment, with all instruction manuals in the original shipping box.   All exchanges are subject to management approval.

Items that have cut wires, dents, dings, scratches, show signs of installation or missing the original product manuals will not be accepted for exchange.  Full Sized Lightbars, Push Bumper, Headlight Flashers, Red Tag Items and Special Order Items are not exchangeable.

International Orders are not exchangeable for any reason.

Other:
If you refuse a shipment from us, you will automatically be charged a 50% restocking fee!


If an item does fail quality inspection, no credit will be issued and the customer will be responsible for arranging for it's return with in 15 days of notification.  After that the item will be disposed of.
